The Goethe-Institut encourages cultural exchange between Germany and the rest of the world, and needed a better way of understanding the performance of their many Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube channels.
UNICEF and WHO co-run the United Nations’ joint monitoring programme (JMP) for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. The programme gathers data from almost every country in the world, and the accompanying analysis is used by UN agencies, NGOs, donors, journalists and academics in their decision making.
The British Council wanted a better way of monitoring its social media presence – made up of nearly 300 separate accounts for numerous offices and outreach projects dotted around the globe.
