The British Council wanted a better way of monitoring its social media presence – made up of nearly 300 separate accounts for numerous offices and outreach projects dotted around the globe.

We designed a dashboard web application allowing staff to measure the health of these numerous accounts at a glance and compare how they fare against one another in one place.

We developed metrics for assessing their performance and giving an overall score for each account. These have become integral to the British Council’s social media strategy and incorporated into KPIs for its many international outposts.
