Long in need of a website overhaul, The Authors’ Licensing and Collecting Society (ALCS) approached us to create a better, more attractive experience for members, in partnership with their existing visual design and backend services suppliers.
Our user testing led to a more natural site architecture, and an impressed ALCS soon empowered us to make design decisions too.
Backend service testing ensured that membership and licensing data was appropriately handled, whilst for a quick loading experience, the new site was built with our own React Redux toolset for the WordPress API. Navigation across the content-deep structure feels quick and painless.
ALCS were inspired by our project management, design and build. Ultimately, though, any membership site depends upon an enjoyable, easy-to-use experience for its users, and both ALCS and its members have been very pleased with the layout, security and ease-of-use of their new online home.
