Listening Post is an award-winning social media monitoring and insight tool developed for 33 Digital, the R+D lab of Hotwire. Hotwire is a major PR firm counting Microsoft, Red Bull and GoPro among its clients.

The application analyses social media traffic to generate commercially useful insights, for example by identifying the key influencers in a given field to help Hotwire promote its clients more effectively. It crunches millions of Tweets and Facebook comments and uses semantic concept extraction to find key trends or topics of conversation.

Listening Post was named ‘best social media insight product’ at the In2 SABRE Awards in 2014.
