With a pre-approved budget, your digital product stays secure, up‑to‑date, and ready for small improvements as needed.
With over 14 years of experience, Outlandish supports more than 30 clients on a rolling quarterly basis. We deliver support for products we’ve built at Outlandish, as well as those created by other teams.
How our support packages work
We pair you with dedicated Account and Project Managers who understand your product and collaborate with you to set priorities.
Support workflow includes:
- A shared Project Tracker board (YouTrack), with logins for all stakeholders
- A high‑skill, experienced technical team fluent in your codebase
- Trusted UX/UI designers who know your product and can rapidly optimise user journey KPIs
- Pre‑allocated support hours in our planning schedule to guarantee prompt attention
- Urgent issues always take priority over planned work
Our support covers:
- Developer time
- Project and account management
- Design collaboration
- Task discussions and estimations
- Full delivery of agreed work
Your entire support pot is transparent: we update you through email and reputable YouTrack issue logs, so you always know how time is allocated.
Even if your support needs are lighter than expected, we encourage the use of support hours for minor UX or site updates, helping ensure your budget stays productive. The main focus of the package remains maintenance, not feature development. If you have a longer list of enhancements, a planned block of work is usually more cost-effective, as ad hoc support demands senior skill, re-prioritises schedules, and costs more per hour.
We always reserve a minimum of 4 hours per quarter for emergencies, such as unexpected outages.
Our flexible contract
We have a minimum support allocation of 2 days per quarter. Unused hours can roll over for up to 12 months.
Support time is paid quarterly in advance. You’ll receive an invoice at the start of the quarter, with payment due within 30 days.
