The Goethe-Institut encourages cultural exchange between Germany and the rest of the world, and needed a better way of understanding the performance of their many Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube channels.
Seeing the Social Media Monitor we delivered for The British Council, the Institut commissioned us to build a tool which pulls all content and platforms into one place. The dashboard syncs into the Institut’s intranet and assesses channels based on the quality, engagement and reach of their posts.
The Goethe-Institut Social Monitor marks a gear-change in how the organisation understands the performance of their global social activity, and it allows the Institut to maximise their engagement whilst supporting staff to better use social media to achieve the organisation’s objectives.
“It was a pleasure working with Outlandish – I thank you very much for your patience, your structured and kind emails, and your little jokes.”
