As a worker co-operative Outlandish is about more than just delivering great tech to our clients. We are demonstrating that commercial and ethical business is possible. And we want to share and grow our model in the tech sector and beyond.
We do so through training and workshops, a convening space in the heart of North London, and our network of other co-operative tech businesses.

SPACE4 is our convening space dedicated to digital activists, social innovators, and the generation of progressive ideas. We’re here to support our members and network to grow and prosper. We host a regular programme of events and workshops to do so.
We bring thousands of people together every year to develop ideas and skills for a better world. Our work has attracted millions of pounds in commercial contracts to our network, and generated more than £1.2m in social value locally.
CoTech
Outlandish is a founding member of a UK-wide network of worker co-operatives working in the digital sector. We share skills and collaborate on opportunities in order to demonstrate that an alternative to the extractive model of technology creation is possible.
CoTech has more than 50 co-operative business members. By working together we can deliver our clients a whole range of services, giving them the flexibility of working with a big agency, and the intimacy of working with a small business.
