We’ve worked with plenty of university departments and research organisations over the years, giving us a great understanding of what academics need from a website.

We channeled this vast experience into developing AlphaBeta, a reusable WordPress extension dedicated to meeting the special requirements of this sector. It enables us to create high quality academic websites quickly and easily – saving money for our clients and allowing them to spend more of their budget on bespoke features or wherever it is most needed.

It launched in 2014 and has so far been used to make websites for International State Crime Initiative, part of Queen Mary, University of London and the PHFI-UK Consortium, part of The London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

“[Outlandish are] personable people who are great communicators especially when dealing with customer who may not have a cutting edge take on web development.”

Niall Holohan, Coordinator at PHFI-UK Consortium
